For the Hostages debut single music video, we were looking to produce a mini-horror-kinda movie … you know the sort, the kind where a group of kids go off into the woods and bad things happen, except we wanted to spin it with a very British setup, with a twist and end up with something different. ‘Prozac’ the clown was played brilliantly by one of the bands friends and we shot all the video on location in Brecon. A branding, website, marketing, and advertising project delivered with partners ProMo-Cymru for the Welsh Government.

Meic provides a Wales-based advocacy, information and advice helpline service for young people in Wales. The service needed to be friendly and approachable in look and feel to maximise its appeal to the 0 – 25 year old market. Burning Red designed the website with provision for young people to contact the Meic team directly through an instant messaging and SMS service. We developed the logo, identity and branding guidelines and subsequently were involved with the promotion and advertising of the service with a Wales-wide campaign lasting 3 months.

Solution: Branding and identity consultation, design & development, website design & build, Marketing material design, National advertising campaign delivery, distribution and direct mail services to over 3000 young people’s outlets across Wales, advertising photography, video production, Ident animation & introductory video
